Snuggle up on the sofa or sit back to share a story. These bedtime stories celebrate places you might know, remember, or visit in Waltham Forest.
Tales are told with a twist in British Sign Language and English to share alongside an arts activity to enjoy together at home.
Created from real local memories and re-told by Deaf performers who will re-imagine the places around us and share these signed and spoken stories as a family. Each video story includes a chance to get creative at home, draw, make and explore ready to adventure back out to create new local family stories!

Handprint Theatre make theatre for and with young people using storytelling, physical theatre, British Sign Language and a combination of anything they can get their hands on, the company strive to empower young audiences.
Handprint create theatre and education projects which are accessible to both Deaf and Hearing audiences not segregating but allowing all to share stories that communicate across language, disability, or culture.
