The impressive Walthamstow Assembly Hall (WAH17) is an illustrious Art Deco Grade II listed hall built during WWII.
Situated in the grounds of the Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex, the impressive steps and elegant fountain offer a beautiful landscape to any event.
Known for its magical acoustics and striking gold doors, the hall has been used for many famous recordings and concerts.
WAH17 is currently unavailable to hire due to Town Hall regeneration works. Please keep updated on the Town Hall regeneration works here.

The Main Hall at WAH17 can hold 1,400 people – 1,178 standing downstairs and 228 in the balcony. With theatre-style seating, it can hold an audience of 900.
Regularly played by the London Symphony Orchestra, it also has two licensed bars and a grand piano.
You can find the intimate Jubilee Room in the basement of the Assembly Hall.
