Remembrance Sunday

Join us across Waltham Forest as we remember those who served to defend our freedoms in World War I and II.

Remembrance parades will be taking place across Chingford, Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone on Sunday 10 November. Please see below for full information:

Chingford service
The parade will form at 10am on the London Fire Brigade Forecourt, The Ridgeway. 
Two minute silence will then take place at Chingford War Memorial at 11am.
The service will take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church from 11.15am.

Leyton service
The parade will form at 10am in Coronation Gardens.
The service will take place at St. Mary’s Parish Church from 11am.

Leytonstone service
The parade will form at 10am in the B&M car park in Leytonstone.
The service will take place from 10.50am at the Harrow Green Cenotaph.
Please note: If parking in the B&M car park, please notify staff in the shop to avoid parking charges. 

Walthamstow service
The parade will form at the William Morris Gallery at 10am 
The service will take place at the Walthamstow War memorial from 10.50am.
