Virtual Collaborators Festival

The Virtual Collaborators Festival was founded to inspire artists to explore what is possible within the constraints that the coronavirus has imposed on British arts.

Since July 2020, 32 teams of actors, directors, and writers have been working together to create 32 new pieces of art under lockdown conditions which will be shared as part of the Virtual Collaborators Festival from 17-31 August.

View the plays online from Monday 17 August here

Live events
Selected shows from the online festival will then be performed live as part of a 2-day celebration of new theatre at St. John's Church in Leytonstone on September 12 and 13, 2020.

Book tickets to the live performances here

This Festival is produced by Danusia Samal, founder of the Virtual Collaborators Network, and Olivia Munk, Artistic Director of Part of the Main Productions.
All ticket proceeds will be donated to the #AllOfUs Emergency Response Fund, which is 'a ground-breaking and unprecedented initiative that has been developed from the urgent need to support our Black, Asian, ethnically diverse and migrant colleagues in the cultural sector who are at high risk of redundancies, or who have already lost work because of COVID-19.'

This event is a virtual event suitable for 14 years and older.
