The building is a space for conversation, networking, arts installations and workshops. It is a dynamically changing space, which will reflect the scale and ambition of the London Borough of Culture year.
One Hoe Street sits on a crossroads connecting different parts of the borough together – and this is what we want to happen through the meeting of people.
