Leyton Jubilee Park
After a sell-out run in Walthamstow in 2019 with their first production, The Big Bagaga Show, the Revel Pucks are back with a new, bigger big-top tent and will be bursting out of lockdown with a fresh show featuring the brightest and best of London’s circus scene.
From 29 July until 8 August, the Revel Pucks will be erecting their big-top and presenting The Wing Scuffle Spectacular. The production will be the only contemporary circus show to feature large-scale circus disciplines such as teeterboard, cloud swing and tightwire in the UK this year.
The Wing Scuffle Spectacular is a celebration of fear, continuing the Revel Pucks’ artistic ethos of exploring what circus normally tries to hide. After a year of fear being at the forefront of all of our lives, The Revel Pucks believe it is time to celebrate it, to laugh with it and to revel in it. Together.
Continuing the Revel Puck’s mission to reinvigorate the circus, this new production features some of the top circus artists from across the U.K and Europe.
Site opens 45 minutes before the performance and there are delicious street food vendors, candy floss/popcorn and of course… a well-stocked bar.

The Revel Pucks were born out of the desire to see circus connect with a new audience, whilst remaining embedded in the tradition of tented touring. Their aim is to make ordinary people feel extraordinary, finding the pleasure and humanity within circus and allowing the audience to be a part of that energy. Their work is fresh, bold and beautiful. Challenging the preconceptions of what circus is and proving what circus can be.
Their mission is to create and tour work for everyone, the big top is their home as it allows them to land in the heart of communities far and wide, inviting audiences in to their world. In 2019 their first production ‘The Big Bagaga Show’ premiered with the support of Waltham Forest London Borough of Culture 2019, and Arts Council England. selling out its first run in Walthamstow.
In 2020, with a national tour cancelled, they created the mockumentary series ‘Don’t Join The Circus’ a playful comedy following a circus on the brink of collapse. Supported by Arts Council England, the three episode series received over 130,000 views.
In 2021 they will be premiering our new show, and touring our new tent. A 650 seater big top with the charm of a Spiegel tent. A space which can host a broad variety of work in a safe, socially distanced manner.
