A big-hearted British comedy about the night 51 years ago, when the Miss World competition at the Royal Albert Hall was interrupted by a pioneering protest. The old guard and Hollywood comedian Bob Hope came up against the newly formed Women's Liberation Movement and a particular kind of flour power.
This entertaining and enjoyable recreation of this eventful evening and game-changing moment in cultural history is a film about rebellion and female empowerment. A crowd-pleasing story with a brilliant cast and our final film in this year’s PHP programme.
