The Mayor of London’s free festival celebrating the work of Deaf and disabled artists is coming to Waltham Forest this November, presenting an exciting weekend of cutting edge arts in the spaces and places of Walthamstow.

This year’s Liberty presents a diverse programme of ground breaking art and performance and offers space for new and emerging artists to test and experiment with new works and ambitious ideas.

There’ll be sensory installations, thought-provoking performances, new commissions, and workshops, taking place in a variety of venues around Walthamstow.

Some installations will open before the weekend, so there will be plenty of time to experience them. See individual event listings below for more information on event days and times.

All venues and events will have a range of access facilities so that everyone can enjoy the action. On Sunday 24 November, accessible shuttle buses will run between Liberty venues, and between Tottenham Hale and Walthamstow.
