Accessible Toilets

The Café in the Park (in the Aveling Centre) has a unisex accessible toilet. The William Morris Gallery also has accessible toilets.

Assistance Dogs

We recommend that Assistance Dogs are left outside the Luminarium and that a member of staff guides you through the experience. The Luminarium is an uncomfortable environment for a dog and dogs would be required to wear slippers to prevent damage to the PVC.

There will be trained members of staff available to guide blind and partially sighted visitors through the installation. A full description of what to expect is provided for all visitors before entering.
